B&B owner Thomas Losonczy followed a chefs training at Spermalie Hotelschool in Bruges.
His passion for wine resulted in a diploma of Sommelier Conseil and finaly his gastronomic chocolate ambitions led him to the craft as chocolatier.
Thomas is focused on the pairing of chocolate & wine and chocolate & Belgian beers, always looking for tastful combi-nations.
Thomas is an true artisan chocolatier and works with high quality Belgian chocolate, various single origin chocolates and excellent fresh products. He makes bonbons on a small-scale for his guests and local chocolate lovers who like pure and delicate flavors.
